Intercontinental Fuzhou appointed new Executive Chef

Intercontinental Fuzhou has announced the appointment of Hubert Cao as the Executive Chef. In his new role, Chef Cao oversees the food outlets at the hotel, including all-day-dining Stage Restaurant, Lobby Lounge, as well as room services.
Hubert Cao has 23 years working experience in hotel industry with well-known hotel groups like InterContinental, Shangri-La, Starwood, Peninsula and Hyatt. Prior to this appointment, he worked as the Executive Chef of Crowne Plaza Hailing Island.
Chef Cao is a highly creative and detail-oriented chef, with a strong work ethic and passion for the culinary arts especially in French, Italian and Asian cuisine. Given his illustrious hospitality career, Chef Cao brings with him some of the best-kept culinary secrets of various world cuisines. His innate understanding of food allows him to adopt delicacies from different cultures and adapt them according to the food original tastes and sensibilities.
